Checks an allowlist uploaded with the context from POST /api/v2/drops/{slug}/allowlist, without saving anything, and returns the token to put in a signed_presale stage's allowlist_file_token in POST /api/v2/drops/{slug}. A file that fails returns 400 naming the offending line numbers and what is wrong with them. See upload_drop_allowlist for the file format.
